We appreciate the opportunity to provide you with information on the services and resources which The Colorado Property Management Group, Inc. (CPMG) will bring to your community association.
Our team approach minimizes the pressures that are often linked to serving as a volunteer member of the Board of Directors.
Covenant compliance through community inspections, problem resolution, financial record keeping, budget preparation, Board and Annual Meeting preparation and attendance, contractor and/or employee supervision and a 24-hour/seven-day-a-week emergency response capability are pivotal in our team approach to community association management.
The team includes our financial/accounting staff, the chief financial officer, an administrative assistant, community association managers,
and the president.
CPMG's community association managers have proven track records in providing timely response to residents, covenant compliance, identifying maintenance issues and supervision of contractors and/or association employees.
In keeping with our philosophy that community relations is an integral aspect of community association management, we provide MEET YOUR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT TEAM gatherings throughout the year plus newsletters and community association Web Sites.
In addition, our associations benefit from CPMG's "collective purchasing power." Contractors recognize our growth, and the bids they submit reflect their best prices for CPMG-managed communities.
Another area in which we have been successful in reducing expenditures is legal services. The first step is by being aggressive in the collection of past due accounts, prior to turning accounts over to an attorney.
At CPMG, we believe being a volunteer member of the Board of Directors should be a satisfying and enjoyable experience. Board members set the policy and direction, and the CPMG team gets the job done!
We will be pleased to set up a walkthrough of your community and to present you with additional information regarding our services and references.
Debra Vickrey, CPMG Chief Operating Officer, at 303-671-6402, Ext. 23 is looking forward to hearing from you.
