The CPMG team:

LYNDA REIFMAN, President and Association Manager, has a degree in journalism and psychology. She had worked as a journalist for daily and weekly newspapers and has held community relations positions in public and private sector organizations prior to joining CPMG in 1993. At CPMG, Lynda is responsible for working with developers in establishing new homeowner associations.

JIM WILLIAMSON, Chief Financial Officer, is an inactive Certified Public Accountant .Jim prepares monthly financial statements and assists homeowner association Boards of Directors with budget preparation and long-range financial planning. Jim has held finance management positions in school districts in Colorado and Wyoming. Jim is a retired licensed contractor.

DEBRA VICKREY, CMCA, AMS, Vice President and Association Manager, brings to CPMG eight years experience as an elected Arapahoe County Commissioner, seven years as an Aurora City Council Member and five years as a small business owner. She has an extensive background in community relations and communications. Business organizational systems and project management have been her professional focus. She is pursuing her Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute.

BRITTNEY JOHNSON, CMCA, AMS, Association Manager, graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in political science. Brittney started as an assistant manager at CPMG. Her strengths include attention to detail, follow through with directives from the Boards of Directors, and contractor negotiation and supervision. She is pursuing her Professional Community Association Management (PCAM) designation through Community Associations Institute.

JAN CHADWICK, Association Manager, CMCA, has a Bachlors of Fine Arts degree from Colorado State University and began her career in architectural space planning and design. She has more than 20 years experience as the owner of a fabric art business where she designed promotional and other products for Coors Brewery, McDonald's Corp., Walt Disney Imagineering, the Colorado Avalanche and the Rockies, to name a few. Through the course of her business, she managed and oversaw production of innumerable projects. She has transferred her management, business and people skills to her position as a CPMG Association manager.

LOU HERNANDEZ, Association Manager, has been managing community associations for more than 22 years. His experience, coupled with the CPMG team philosophy, has contributed to his success in carrying out directives from HOA Boards of Directors. In 1978, Lou earned a Bachelor of Science in Management Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.

FALLON REDMOND, Association Manager, joined the CPMG team as a manager’s assistant with the intention of assuming her own portfolio of associations. She attained this goal after completing two years as an assistant. Fallon’s organizational and attention to detail capabilities together with excellent communication skills allow her to successfully manage community associations for CPMG.

LINA KYLE, Executive Assistant to the President and Vice President of CPMG, and is the deputy manager for special projects. She provides lead support for Board member workshops and assistant training. Lina has an Associate of Arts degree with strong computer skills. Her talents include publication design for newsletters and marketing materials. Lina's responsibilities are varied, keeping pace with emerging assignments.

JENNA WILLIAMSON, Deputy Finance Director, juggles telephone calls by the dozens from Association homeowners, Association attorneys, lending institutions and title companies. Jenna's responsibilities include preparing the legal documents required in the sale and re-financing of homes within CPMG-managed Associations. In accordance with each Association's collection policy regarding delinquent homeowner's accounts, she advises Boards of Directors of accounts being sent to the Associations' attorney for collection once CPMG has sent the applicable late notices.

DAVID JOHNSON, Accounts Payable Financial Services, joined CPMG as an accounts receivable clerk, posting homeowners’ association fees and explaining past due balances to homeowners. From this position, David was promoted to Accounts Payable where he is responsible for preparing the Associations’ bills to be paid by the Boards of Directors.

HOLLY SHOBE, Accounts Receivable Financial Services, focuses on accuracy in the posting of homeowner association payments. Holly’s responsibilities include assembling and mailing association information packets to new homeowners throughout the year.
