The CPMG team:

LYNDA REIFMAN, CAM, CMCA, President and Association Manager, has a degree in journalism and psychology. She had worked as a journalist for daily and weekly newspapers and has held community relations positions in public and private sector organizations prior to joining CPMG in 1993. At CPMG, Lynda is responsible for working with developers in establishing new homeowner associations.

JIM WILLIAMSON, Chief Financial Officer, is an inactive Certified Public Accountant .Jim prepares monthly financial statements and assists homeowner association Boards of Directors with budget preparation and long-range financial planning. Jim has held finance management positions in school districts in Colorado and Wyoming. Jim is a retired licensed contractor.

DEBRA A. VICKREY, CAM, AMS, PCAM – Debra has been with Colorado Property Management Group, Inc. for eleven years and has a depth of experience with homeowner communities. She is currently the Vice President of Colorado Property Management Group (CPMG), and works as an association manager with a diverse portfolio of communities.

Debra has 20 years’ experience specializing in community work serving as an elected official at city and county levels prior to community management. She worked with, and has been a member of, numerous not-for-profit boards. Business organizational systems and project management have been Debra’s professional focus. Large scale project management, policy development, implementation of new legislation, and the development of practical tools to assist with the challenges of daily association management are among her passions and specialties. Debra brings her extensive background in community relations and communications to all of her roles.

Debra is a licensed manager in Colorado, has an Association Manager Specialist (AMS) and a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) designation from the Community Association Institute. She was recently appointed to a national HOA project, Community Next: 2020 and Beyond, and is serving on the Public Policy Paradigms Panel.

MARK DOUGAL, CAM, CMCA, AMS Association Manager, became a CPMG team member after working at another metro-area management company where he supervised contractors, interacted with Board members and homeowners, and conducted thorough community inspections. The knowledge Mark gained while taking his Business Management degree at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado, is an asset he puts to practical use as an Association Manager.

VIRGINIA JOHNSON, CAM, CMCA, AMS, Association Manager, joined the CPMG team bringing with her an intensive customer service career in sales and management in the transportation logistics and telecom industries. As a homeowner in a covenant community, Virginia has been a volunteer leader in resolving homeowners’ issues through communication and mediation techniques.

DAVID JOHNSON, Finance Director, since joining the CPMG team, he has been promoted from the accounts receivable manager to accounts payable manager to finance director. As finance director, David's responsibilities include preparing monthly financial statements for CPMG-managed associations, coordinating with the association's legal counsel in collection matters, and completing the documents required in the sale and re-financing of homes. In accordance with each association's collection policy, he advises Boards of Directors regarding delinquent accounts to be sent to the association's legal counsel.
