The CPMG team:
LYNDA REIFMAN, CMCA, President and Association Manager, graduated college with degrees in journalism and psychology. Prior to joining CPMG in 1993, she was a working journalist with daily and weekly newspapers in the Denver metro area
and northern California. In addition to managing her own community association portfolio, Lynda leads CPMG in marketing to new associations. She tasks herself with attending as many annual meetings as her schedule allows in order to connect with Boards of Directors and homeowners. Lynda enjoys coordinating
the once or twice a year “Board Talk” workshops for all CPMG-managed associations, another opportunity to communicate with Board members.
DEBRA A. VICKREY, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Chief Operating Officer, has been with CPMG since 2005 and is also an Association Manager with a diverse portfolio of communities. She has 20 years’ experience in community work serving as an elected
official at city and county levels. Debra excels at large scale project management, policy development, implementation of new HOA legislation and development of practical tools to assist in association management. She was appointed to a national HOA project, “Community Next: 2020 and Beyond,” and served on the Public Policy Paradigms Panel.
VIRGINIA JOHNSON, CMCA, AMS, PCAM, Deputy Project Liaison, Association Manager, Navy veteran, started with CPMG in 2013 leaving a successful customer service career in sales and management in transportation logistics and telecom industries. She was also in a leadership position for many years in the covenant community where she resides. Virginia’s success as an Association Manager comes from her skills to bring neighboring associations together in joint property betterment projects and assisting homeowners in resolving their concerns. Since earning her PCAM, Virginia’s responsibilities have expanded to include becoming a deputy project liaison for the CPMG portfolio.
BRITTNEY STOERGER, CMCA, Finance Manager, began her career at CPMG in 2001 as an Assistant Association Manager and rapidly assumed her own portfolio as an Association Manager. She moved from community management to tackle the many CPMG administrative projects bringing her financial
and association insurance knowledge to this position. CPMG Association Managers can count on Brittney for assistance in navigating the day-to-day and long-term
financial management for their Boards of Directors.
REBECCA GROGAN, Accounts Payable, joined the CPMG team as an Assistant Association Manager. An opening in the finance staff led to Rebecca's assuming the Accounts Payable position. She is responsible for processing the
Associations' invoices for payment as approved by CPMG's Boards of Directors. Rebecca is proficient in the electronic software program preferred by many of the Associations' Boards. Rebecca's attention to detail and communicating with contractors and vendors add value to her position.
SYRENA MORPHEW, Accounts Receivable, became a CMPG team member in 2019 coming from the health insurance and hospitality fields. Her responsibilities include posting homeowner payments, preparing and making association deposits, tracking and sending delinquent notices to homeowners in accordance with each association's collection policy, and last, but not least, explaining these notices to homeowners with politeness and patience. In addition, Syrena is the liaison with the Associations' legal counsels during the collection process.
